The Wedge Festival was a great success with 8000 visitors hungry for cheese samples.  This is was a non-stop event.  We practically sold out with our best sellers: Certoux and Cascadian Frechette.  The Tomme  Cuivrée did very well too.  This was very exciting for us as this was our first big event.  We would like to offer many thanks to all the organizers at the Oregon Cheese Guild and to all the cheese lovers who made this a success.
